It is pretty standard, in line with most professional services. I have a 24 hr cancellation policy. This just means that if you need to cancel any session that we book, I need to know at least 24 hrs beforehand. Otherwise I have to bill for the full session. Needless to say I am compassionate to true emergencies. I base this policy on mutual respect for one another’s busy schedules and valued time.
